Hi everyone!! For those of you that don’t know, my name is Lizzy.

I’m a pretty simple person. Twenty-two years old. Recent graduate. Eagles fan. Ice cream obsessed. Self proclaimed festival queen. Has once eaten 12 tacos in one sitting.

And now I can add teacher onto that list!

I’m currently living in Bangbon, Bangkok. I’m teaching nursery and kindergarten students at Anuban Sunflower School.

Before traveling across the world, I had a serious battle with mental illness. I have recently opened up about my experiences and I’ve gained support from more people than I could imagine.

I thought this blog could be not only about my new adventures, but how I’m managing my own war.

I want to inspire at least one person who is also struggling because believe me, you are not alone. I hope this gives you the courage to keep fighting. Keep learning to ride the waves.
